  • We work Contingency searches regularly depending on the client relationship. The good news here is that you don't have to pay a fee if you don't want to pay a fee. We assume all the financial risk up front on this type search. As such, we must limit the time we spend (like every recruiter) on any one particular Contingency search. However, when we present a candidate to you, they will be of the same high quality we would present on any of our searches. The only difference is the candidate can not be presented to you on an exclusive basis.

  • Engaged Search
  • This model requires a modest "engagement" fee up front prior to the search, and generally 4-6 weeks of an exclusive search arrangement. Since you made an investment financially in us we can dedicate full services to your search. We'll present 3-4 solid candidates that are on target for you to interview. Candidates are presented to you exclusively during the search. Certain terms apply.

  • Retained Search
  • This is a highly focus, consultative, AND an exclusive search arrangement. It is more generally utilized for senior level or critical need positions. The main difference is our model not only saves you time, resources and money but allows you to know in advance the exact fee to be charged. You don't have to pay ridiculous fees to enjoy retained search benefits. Candidates are presented to you exclusively during the search. Certain terms apply.
